Morcovul si hreanul se curata si se dau pe razatoarea cu orificii mici , merele se taie cubulete.Amestecam zaharul cu sucul de lamaie si coaja  rasa si sarea . turnam peste legumele si fructele pregatite si amestecam usor .

 Am taiat fasii aluatul si am invelit chiftelutele , le-am uns cu ou batut si le-am pudrat cu susan , dupa care le-am pus la copt in tava tapetata cu hartie de copt in cuptorul preincalzit la 200 grade , aprox.20 -25 min in functie de cuptor .

Putem folosi orice fruct : coacaze negre,coacaze rosii , mure, zmeura,soc.

Punem intrun borcan de 1l zmeura spalata si sursa bine de apa (fructele trebuie sa fie frumoase si sanatoase ). 
Se aduce otelul la punctul de fierbere , se toarna  peste zmeura se inchide borcanul si se pune la intuneric pentru 2 saptamani .



Se filtreaza printrun tifon pus in 2 sau 3 si se toarna in sticlute sterilizate .

    * 1 lingt suc lamaie proaspat
    * 4 ling maioneza
    * cateva felii subtiri de lamaie 

Preparare:

* se freaca tonul scurs bine de grasime cu untul la temperatura camerei , se adauga sucul de lamaie si maioneza treptat si se mixeaza in continuare pana cand obtinem o pasta cremoasa

* spanacul fiert , tocat si racit se amesteca cu ou , sare si piper 
* dupa care se intinde in tava acoperita cu hartie de copt 
* deasupra se presara cascavalul razuit
